yes! they have these checker people come in and make sure that you don't have any standing water, which is condusive for mosquito breeding. they're pretty strict and are constantly fogging if there are any reports of mosquitos in the area. they are so cautious because of the dangerous outbreaks of diseases mosquitos carry. crazy!
